Our Policy
Our policy consists of:
- Booking fees are non refundable
- Cash app is not accepted
- Balance due in cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or credit card only
- Dreamology Beauty Spa does not give refunds, any issue may be fixed at owners discretion
- 10min grace period $1 per min thereafter
- After 15mins will have to reschedule
- No extra guests
- 50% no show fee & may result in not being able to book with Dreamology Beauty Spa again
- Call or Text for same day appointments $25 upcharge
- Last minute or squeeze in appointments are a $25 upcharge
Must have atleast 40% of lashes still on to be considered a fill in no excepts. Be gentle on your lashes!
