Our Policy

Our policy consists of:

• Booking fees are non refundable 
• Cash app is not accepted
• Balance due in cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or credit card only
• Dreamology Beauty Spa does not give refunds, any issue may be fixed at owners discretion 
• 10min grace period $1 per min thereafter 
• After 15mins will have to reschedule
• No extra guests
• 50% no show fee & may result in not being able to book with Dreamology Beauty Spa again
• Call or Text for same day appointments $25 upcharge
• Last minute or squeeze in appointments are a $25 upcharge

Must have atleast 40% of lashes still on to be considered a fill in no excepts. Be gentle on your lashes!
